Oooooh boy. Well, I’m still quite enamored of my theory that Loki is doing a triple-cross in The Avengers — he doesn’t really want to rule anything, he’s being forced to be all SUPERVILLAIN!!111 in order to get out from whoever catches him as he falls through space. Which has a corollary that a space virus made him do it (how do you keep Loki Lie-smith under your thumb? make his body betray him!).
Hmm, what are some others. Right now I quite want the Wandering Vagabond in Homestuck to be @MayorEmanuel after the events of last year. (Given that it has been JUST ABOUT A YEAR since @MayorEmanuel disappeared, and given that the weather conditions are predicted to be SHOCKINGLY SIMILAR to what they were then [thundersnow!], I also want @MayorEmanuel to come the motherfuck back to Chicago and possibly save us from the Republican presidential slate.) But yes, Mayor of Can Town, Mayor of Chicago… think about it.
I also really wanted Hermione Granger to end up in the Department of Mysteries. Being an Auror really doesn’t… seem to suit her, fundamentally. But I also wanted her to end up with Viktor Krum and have them both be continental, world-traveling intellectual types, so. There we have it.
