So here’s the most interesting film print I inspected today: “The Cliche Family in Televisionland,” a self-parody made by an ad company in the sixties (as an in-joke, definitely not for consumer consumption.) Many of these things: STILL SO DEPRESSINGLY TRUE. From the sixties, I did not expect actual acknowledgment of the absence of people of color on TV! I also did not expect the boobs. (… warning for boobs.)
