My latest set of Fluevog problems.

The turquoise heels are stunning, and they have the footbed/heel of the Minis, which are phenomenal, if you’ve ever worn them. With so much snow and salt on the ground, though, for $300 I may wait to give them a shot.

The yellow Luxons, I keep wanting to love, but every time I see them in person I’m disappointed. Except now they’re on sale… but it’s not like $200 is cheap for shoes, especially if you’re continually on the fence about them.

The monochrome flats are beautiful, and I bet they fit like a dream, but I would never, ever pay $250 for flats. Never, not matter how great they are. (But they’re so pretty!)

Fluevog, it’s not nice to make a girl weep first thing in the morning.

I’m having a Fluevog Minis problem.

The first pair of boots are spectacular, and basically affordable with a gift certificate, but I’m not sure I could pull them off every day, and for boots that magnificent, you really would have to wear them always, wouldn’t you. I mean, superhero boots! (I’m also… not completely in love with the color like I should be, and there may be new colors in the fall. GOOD PROBLEMS TO HAVE.) I tried them on in March, and couldn’t entirely justify them yet, in part because there were also these.

The second pair of boots are on sale in the color I like. This post convinces me more than ever that I like them.

These shoes are freaking awesome A League of Their Own swing dancing scene unlikely excellence. The more I look at them, the more taken I am. The whole family has the most obscenely comfortable heel, and I really can see myself wearing these babies with just about everything.

In conclusion, I think I know what I’m doing Friday afternoon.
